This series of film is mainly used for packaging of products that must be sterilized at high temperature. High temperature can withstand 121 ℃ reverse pressure kettle cooking, applications such as: beef tendon, beef jerky, beef trotters, marinated eggs, quail eggs, elbows, dried groundnuts, etc., meat products: ham, bacon, sausage, barbecue, roasted meat, roasted chicken, marinated eggs.
The 7-layer asymmetric co-extruded high-temperature film adopts advanced co-extrusion technology to scientifically combine high-quality materials such as polyamide (PA), hot melt adhesive layer (TIE), and polypropylene (PP) to form a unique asymmetric structure. The high temperature resistance is particularly optimized and can withstand environments with temperatures as high as 120 degrees Celsius or even higher. It is suitable for high-temperature cooking, heat treatment and other processes to ensure the safety and quality of the items in the package. Through the carefully designed multi-layer structure, the product has a very high barrier effect on gases such as oxygen, water vapor, and carbon dioxide, effectively extending the shelf life of the product and maintaining the freshness and taste of the food. During the processing, the multi-layer co-extrusion technology gives the film good tensile strength and tear resistance, and it can maintain a stable shape even under high temperature conditions, is not easy to break, and ensures safety during transportation and storage. The use of advanced heat sealing technology ensures that the seal is firm and the sealing is good, effectively preventing the leakage of contents, and at the same time facilitates the high-speed packaging needs of automated production lines. The asymmetric co-extrusion structure makes the product more flexible in meeting different packaging needs. Products of different thicknesses, widths and lengths can be customized according to customer needs to adapt to various packaging forms. It is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry and other fields, especially suitable for packaging of high-temperature steamed food, ready-to-eat products, medicines and other products that require high-temperature processing or long-term storage.
